UPDATE MAY 2026

Welcome to the LUMA Stage 2 Construction Update for May 2026! Below you’ll find
information on the progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Below is an update on the status of works across Stage 2:

Stage  2 -  Landscaping/Streetscapes

Works on the Stage 2 streetscapes has commenced. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the work and the time of year, dirt and mud on site is unavoidable. The Landscaper's work is targeted to be completed at the end of June (weather permitting).

Lots 301 – 328

In May, minor finishing items were closed out; houses were provided a final clean and prepared for Purchaser Settlement Inspections and Handover.

During June, construction works will be wrapping up, and all lots will be completed and handed over.

Lots 329 – 343

In May, landscaping and balcony construction continued alongside internal fit-out.

During June, minor finishing items will be closed out and cleaning will take place, together with preparing houses for Purchaser Settlement Inspections and Handover.

Please note, as Stage 2 homes are currently under construction, access to site during this time is not permitted due to safety reasons.

UPDATE APRIL 2026

Welcome to the LUMA Stage 2 Construction Update for April 2026! Below you’ll find
information on the progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Below is an update on the status of works across Stage 2 homes:

Lots 301 – 328

In April, final internal fitout works including touch-ups and electrical fitoffs continued alongside landscaping works.

During May, closing out finishing items and cleaning to occur and houses prepared for Purchaser Settlement Inspections.

Lots 329 – 343

In April, landscaping commenced with balcony construction continuing alongside internal fitout.

During May, landscaping and balcony construction and internal fitout.

Lots 401 – 427

In April, builder closed out final items following Purchaser Settlement Inspections.

During May, all lots to be settled and handed over.

Please note, as Stage 2 homes are currently under construction, access to site during this time is not permitted due to safety reasons.

information on the progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Below is an update on the status of works across Stage 2 homes:

Lots 301 – 328

In March, balcony construction continued, while internal touch-ups and electrical fit-offs commenced alongside external landscaping works.
During April, houses are being prepared for purchaser settlement inspections in May.

Lots 329 – 343

In March, balcony construction commenced while internal fitout including joinery installation, painting, tiling and flooring continued.
During April, landscaping commences with balcony construction continuing alongside internal fitout.

Lots 401 – 427

In March, defects close out was in progress with final landscaping and cleaning works to prepare houses for purchaser settlement inspections.
During April, builder defects will be closed out following purchaser settlement Inspections in preparation for settlements.

Lots 501 – 515

In March-April, all lots have been settled and handed over.

Please note, as Stage 2 homes are currently under construction, access to site during this time is not permitted due to safety reasons.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026

Welcome to the LUMA Stage 2 Construction Update for February 2026! Below you’ll find information on the progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

SAW Constructions continues to make good progress on the construction of your home, as shown in the latest construction update video.

Below is an update on the status of works across Stage 2 homes:

Lots 301 – 328

In February, painting, tiling and flooring continued alongside balcony construction.
During March, balcony construction to continue, internal touch-ups and electrical fit-offs commence alongside external landscaping works.

Lots 329 – 343

In February, painting and installation of kitchens continued, with flooring, tiling and balcony construction having commenced.
During March, joinery installation to be completed with painting, tiling and flooring install to continue.

Lots 401 – 427

In February, electrical fit-offs were complete, internal touch ups continued and external landscaping works including driveways and fencing in progress.
During March, homes are being prepared for purchaser settlement inspections.

Lots 501 – 515

In February, the builder closed out defects following purchaser settlement inspections.
During March, settlements to commence.

In January, joinery installation complete with painting and tiling in progress and flooring installation commenced.
During February, painting, tiling and flooring to continue alongside balcony construction.

Lots 329 – 343

In January, plastering continued with painting and joinery installation commenced.
During February, painting and installation of kitchens to continue, with flooring, tiling and balcony construction to commence.

Lots 401 – 427

In January, painting and installation of kitchens complete, with tiling and balcony construction in progress.
During February, internal touch-ups and electrical fit-offs commence, together with external landscaping works including driveways and fencing.

Lots 501 – 515

In January, houses have been prepared for Purchaser Settlement Inspections in February.
During February, SAW Constructions will close out defects following Purchaser Settlement Inspections.
