When you purchase your new home at LUMA and join our growing community, why not recommend a friend or family member purchase at LUMA too? If they do, you could both share in $5,000.

How does it work?

  • Request that your Friend or Family member mention your name and provide your contact details to the LUMA sales consultant when they visit the LUMA display suite.
  • Your Friend or Family member fills out the Referral Form, selects their new home and pays a deposit.
  • Upon signing of an unconditional contract, you and your friend / family member each receive a $2,500 VISA gift card, sent directly to you by Australia Post registered mail.
