We’re excited to share that LUMA Stage 1 has received the award for Best Affordable Housing Project 2025 at the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Bathroom & Kitchen Awards.
Delivered by Development Victoria in partnership with SAW Constructions, this award celebrates projects that incorporate cost-effective design features to deliver high-quality housing products at affordable market prices. It recognises the combined dedication and expertise that went into bringing LUMA to life, proving that affordable housing can also be high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused.
LUMA’s achievements don’t stop there. The project was also a finalist in the 2025 UDIA Victoria Boutique (Townhouse) Development Award, further highlighting its focus on sustainable, community-focused design.
