The appointment booking sales process is as follows:
*2.5% Upfront Deposit offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The offer is available on all homes in LUMA.
The offer expires on 31 May 2024.
A total 5% deposit is payable in two stages as follows:(a) the first 2.5% deposit must be paid upon signing the Contract of Sale; and
(b) the second 2.5% deposit is to be paid up to 6 months from contract execution.
