Collection 3 Public Release

With Development Victoria's  Priority Access period for Collection 3 concluding at 5pm Friday 24 May, we are excited to share that all remaining homes will go on sale at 9am, Saturday 25 May via an appointment booking sales process.

The appointment booking sales process is as follows:

  1. Appointment bookings will be open from 5pm - 6pm on Thursday 23 May. During this time, please contact Awot on 0478 158 800 to secure your appointment slot for Saturday 25 May.
  2. On Saturday 25 May, visit the LUMA Display Suite at your allocated appointment time.
  3. Secure your purchase with a 2.5% deposit, with an additional 2.5% deposit payable up to 6 months from your contact signing*.

*2.5% Upfront Deposit offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The offer is available on all homes in LUMA.
The offer expires on 31 May 2024.
A total 5% deposit is payable in two stages as follows:
(a) the first 2.5% deposit must be paid upon signing the Contract of Sale; and
(b) the second 2.5% deposit is to be paid up to 6 months from contract execution.
