Construction Update November 24

We are excited to provide you with an update on the construction progress at LUMA Sunshine North.

The transformation of LUMA is well underway, with SAW Constructions making great progress onsite.

  • Stage 1: Construction of townhouses is coming along smoothly as our homes take shape
  • Stage 2: Civil construction is now complete, with the roads and footpaths that form the LUMA community finished. SAW Constructions is now commencing early building works for Stage 2 townhouses.
