Great things are happening at LUMA!

The project has reached an exciting milestone, with all Stage 1 residents now settled into their new homes.

Willowbark Park has officially opened and is already proving popular with residents and locals alike. The park features green spaces with a blend of nature, play, and sustainability, creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

SAW Constructions continues to make strong progress on Stage 2, with townhouses taking shape. Future residents can look forward to moving into their new homes from early 2026, as LUMA continues to grow into a vibrant and connected neighbourhood.
