We’ve been busy at LUMA and our community is really starting to take shape.
SAW Constructions have commenced building Stage 1 townhouses with underground services now complete, the pouring of concrete slabs is underway and framing will commence in the coming weeks. We are looking forward to seeing our vision for LUMA come to life.
Civil construction in Stage 2 is well underway meaning earthworks have commenced to form the roads and footpaths that will form the LUMA Stage 2 community.
We are also busy preparing to reopen our Display Suite in February 2024 in preparation for the sales launch of Stage 2 townhouses.
