New Stamp Duty Concessions

Exciting news for buyers – the Victorian Government has announced a new temporary off-the-plan stamp duty concession for off-the-plan purchases of dwellings within a strata subdivision (including apartments and townhouses).*

This new concession is available for eligible contracts of sale entered into on or after 21 October 2024, for a period of 12 months.

^2.5% Upfront Deposit Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions. The offer is available on all homes at LUMA. A total 5% deposit is payable in two stages as follows. (a) the first 2.5% deposit must be paid upon signing the Contract Of Sale; and (b) the second 2.5% deposit is to be paid up to 6 months from contract execution.
