To help more Victorians buy their own home, Development Victoria aims to offer at least a quarter of the homes they build to households that earn less than $132,030 per year through the Priority Access initiative.
Eligible buyers will have a 7-day Priority Access period during which time they can make a purchase, before homes are made available to the general public.
Priority Access is now available at LUMA, this makes it easier to own an architecturally designed home at a price you can afford.
