LUMA Sales Office Re-opens

Following recent announcements on easing of COVID-19 restrictions in line with the Victorian Government Roadmap, the Sunshine North (LUMA) Sales Office will re-open on Saturday 30 October at 11am.

The LUMA Sales Office will be open by appointment only subject to the following health and safety measures:

  • All people on site must be fully vaccinated
  • Everyone to check in via the QR code provided
  • Sanitise hands upon entering
  • Masks worn in the sales office
  • Social distancing at 1.5m
  • Maximum density limit of 1 person per 4sqm will apply

Please note that based on current health advice we will only be allowing fully vaccinated customers to attend the sales office in person. For unvaccinated customers, those with unknown vaccination status, or those who would prefer not to attend in person, there is an option to arrange a private online appointment.
