With Development Victoria's  Priority Access period for Collection 1 concluding at 5pm Friday 23 February, we are excited to share that all remaining homes will go on sale at 9am, Saturday 24 February via an appointment booking sales process.

The appointment booking sales process is as follows:

1. Appointment bookings will be open from 5pm - 6pm on Thursday 22 February. During this time, please contact Awot on 0478 158 800 to secure your appointment slot for Saturday 24 February.
2. On Saturday 24 February, visit the LUMA Display Suite at your allocated appointment time.
3. Secure your purchase with a 2.5% deposit, with an additional 2.5% deposit payable up to 6 months from your contact signing*.

*2.5% Upfront Deposit offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The offer is available on all homes in Collection 1.
A total 5% deposit is payable in two stages as follows:(a) the first 2.5% deposit must be paid upon signing the Contract of Sale; and
(b) the second 2.5% deposit is to be paid up to 6 months from contract execution.
