With Development Victoria's  Priority Access period for Collection 4 concluding at 5pm Friday 14 June, we are excited to share that all remaining homes will go on sale at 9am, Saturday 15 June via an appointment booking sales process.

The appointment booking sales process is as follows:

  1. Appointment bookings will be open from 5pm - 6pm on Thursday 13 June. During this time, please contact Awot on 0478 158 800 to secure your appointment slot for Saturday 15 June.
  2. On Saturday 15 June, visit the LUMA Display Suite at your allocated appointment time.
  3. Secure your purchase with a 5% deposit.
