Exciting things are happening at LUMA! With Willowbark Park set to open as LUMA's newest green space with a blend of nature, play, and sustainability, here are some fun facts about what makes this park so special.
A Growing Green Oasis
40 new trees planted throughout the park to complement the existing native trees on site, providing natural shade and habitat for local wildlife and ensuring a blend of new growth and preserved greenery.
Handcrafted Wombats by a Renowned Artist
A collection of hand-sculpted wombats, created by Melbourne-based Indigenous artist Glenn Romanis, to encourage children to explore and interact with art playfully.
Sustainable Play Features
Trees supplied by Revival Projects have been repurposed into the park’s log scramble and steppers, giving them new life as sustainable play elements.
A space designed for nature, play, and community is coming soon to LUMA!
