Brimbank City Council has unveiled their plans to transform a 74 hectare-site into a vibrant future-focused urban parkland. This initiative aims to establish the Sunshine Energy Park as an active community landmark, fostering a strong connection to Country and supporting sports, recreation, education, and sustainability.
"Sunshine Energy Park will be a catalyst for Sunshine’s renewal, embedding a high-performing urban parkland at its core that inspires community well-being, biodiversity, and environmental innovation."
Situated opposite LUMA, this precinct will be easily accessible, allowing future residents to enjoy its numerous amenities at their doorstep!

In the spirit of reconciliation, Development Victoria respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Luma is being built and developed. We recognise their continuing cultural heritage and connection to land. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
